Music for Aquarium Fishes

After sharing the music therapy video, I am thinking of collating musical therapy songs. One of my friends offered her cassette tape which her parents used before for a therapy session. But since I have no cassette player like the classic tascam dp-004 at guitar center, she just copied the list of titles of the songs on that said cassette tape and told me to look for downloadable copies of those songs from the internet.

While browsing over the internet the songs I wanted to download, I stumbled upon music for aquarium fishes.

It is believed that fishes love to listen to moderate amount of music and not the noisy one. For reasons, I do not fully understand yet.

World’s Largest Cylindrical Aquarium

Waaaahh!!! I’m getting ecstatic when I see this World’s Largest Cylindrical Aquarium over the internet when I was browsing about cylindrical aquarium ideas. I didn’t expect this really is existing!

This so-called Aquadom can be found at the Radisson Hoyrl in Berlin, Germany. It is a 25-meter tall cylinder with an elevator inside. This has seawater also inside and caters more or less 2,600 fishes which is of 56 different species.Think of that, isn’t that really amazing to see?

Music Therapy

I’d been watching this video many time already believing that this can help me relax. At first, I was hesitant, but true enough, it is a very relaxing one.

I am not sure what music instruments are being used in this video if this has included a vibraphone, a saxophone, just plane guitars, or what. I can’t fully distinguish one instrument from the other. But well, what I am more concerned of is the relaxing therapy brought by this video and the ambiance as well with those calm moving fishes and other organisms in the tank.

Octopus Studios Modular Fish Tank

I was trying to fetch from the internet some cool ideas of aquariums. And this was what I found, the Octopus Studios Modular Fish Tank.

In this fish tank, the fishes can freely move from one tank to another. Fishes can ascend to the higher tank or descend also.

Isn’t this a good idea to have? What do you think?

Surgeonfishes

Though I loved fishes much, I can’t say that I know and I am well-informed about all of the fishes in the world. So when I heard the news about Surgeon fishes, specifically ‘Labahita‘, I intentionally check the pet shops if I can have one at home.

But after hopping from one shop to another, I just found nothing there. But instead, I found premium cigars and thought of having one; not to puff it out but just a collectible stuff.

Maybe not this time I can find surgeon fishes. But I won’t stop looking for one.
